I am very proud of where this approach has taken Forest City Filing & Process Serving. We started with one firm in London and now regularly provide process serving and court filing services to numerous lawyers and firms through the London region, across the GTA, Ottawa, Montreal, and Calgary. Recently, we expanded internationally and are now providing services for firms in Florida and California! That is why anyone who works for us is trained on the relevant Family Law Rules and Rules of Civil Procedure. Filing clerks are also expected to learn the local practice directions. Most importantly, we are adamant about providing effective and timely communication with our clients. If there is a problem with your filing, we tell you right away. If there is a way to fix it, we do everything possible to get it done quickly and on the same day.

Similarly, our process servers will never just attend at the designated addresses for a quick, obligatory three tries and then go home. We rise to the challenge, take contemporaneous and detailed notes, and think strategically about ways to serve your opposing party. We take the mission personally and will do everything possible to accomplish it.
