Services for Self-Represented Litigants (People who don’t have a lawyer)
Filing court documents is a time-consuming task. Many people who do not have lawyers but who find themselves involved in a court case either cannot afford or do not have the time to leave work for an hour or two so that they can file court documents. If that describes your situation, you can call us to sign up for our services. You will then be able to mail or courier your documents to us to file them on your behalf. We will attempt to file your documents om the next business day after we receive them. You will then receive a confirmation from us telling you whether the documents were filed, or whether the court rejected them for some reason.
